The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a standard term in yacht charters. It's an upfront payment made by the charterer to cover expenses like fuel, food, mooring fees, and onboard services during the trip. The APA is typically around 30% of the charter fee. The captain manages this fund, tracks expenses, and provides a breakdown at the end. Any remaining funds are returned, or the charterer covers extra costs if the APA is exceeded. It simplifies expenses and ensures a smooth charter experience for you. The APA can also be used to tip the crew.
Yes of course you can bring anything you'd like on board. We can also organise what you want, just inform us.
If you share with us your itinerary and yacht preference, we will be delighted to calculate a close estimate for you. Just so you know, your charter always starts with a full tank. To keep things simple and fair, we will send you the refueling bill at the end of the day, so you only pay for what you've used. It's all about making your experience hassle-free and enjoyable !
Charter hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM. Additional hours may be arranged upon request at approximately +10% per hour, subject to yacht availability.
